Triple bracelet

I recently got an order for a triple bracelet in spring-summer colours. Since the Buyer chose bronze colours for the clasp, the colours turned out more spring-summer-autumn, but they were completely approved :) My pleasure!
And this is the bracelet itself:

A kitty, because kitties are the best in the world and the clasp was hidden in my stash for some time, waiting for its moment :D I used Toho beads in size 11/0 and colours Silver Lined Lemon, SL Frosted Olivine and Inside Color Lt Jonquil/Apricot.

Long time no see...

It's been ages.
Or more.
But that's how it goes when one does billion things at the same time and doesn't really HAVE time for anything :P Nevertheless, I keep up with beading and have a few things to show :3 It's going to be just small pieces today, but just let me take those photos..

To begin with - Swarovski:

Rivoli Topaz Gems 8 and 12 mm, wrapped in Toho Round 11/0 i 15/0 in Silver Lined Med Topaz colour. Silver earpieces. Prototype model ;)


Next - a pair of earrings I made for my colleague from work.

 Matte mountain crystal gems and bronze-coloured metal. A bit freestyle XD

Number two is a bit Valentine's themed - red marble hearts and silver-coloured metal. Earpieces are silver-plated, in case of allergies.

New dragons and new banner

After a long, long break (I moved to a new apartment) I'm back to intensive beading. I spent last week in my bed, which resulted in new dragonlings. Here they go:

Godly Swarovski in Crystal colour:

Swarovski crystal (18 mm in diameter) was wrapped with Toho Round beads in sizes
15/0, 11/0 i 8/0, and colours Transparent Rainbow Crystal and Silver-lined Crystal. Eyes were made with Swarovski Round Crystal AB 4 mm. Clasp is made with silver.

It shines beautifully (Swarovski, duh :D), unfortunately, photos don't show it well...

Dragon no 2, hero of the new banner:

Wrapped on violet agate bead (14 mm in diameter) with Toho Round beads in sizes 15/0, 11/0 i 8/0, colours Permanent Finish Galvanised Aluminium and Inside Colour Aqua/Opaque Purple lined. I also used Spike Beads in Silver/Jet colour, and glass beads for the eyes. Clasp made with silver.

It has shorter snout than rest of the dragons, so it was instantly named a Violet Gekko-Dragon.

Last but not least - red dragon that has visited this blog already, now with gold-plated clasp!

Blues

I have just finished an order for my cousin, who is going to a wedding party in a light green dress. I cannot wait to see photos :)

Inside the flower there's a Swarovski rivoli in Golden Shadow colour, 14mm in diameter. All elements were made with Toho Round beads in 15/0. 11/0, 6/0; in colours Permanent Finish Galvanised Starlight and Transparent Rainbow Crystal.

Sapphire rose and other beauties

I have one more dragon that I haven't yet shown on the blog, and which took part in  a contest on Korallo and (attention, please!) won an award for me :D Brave creature!

It's wrapped on venetian glass bead, with Toho Round 15/0, 11/0, 8/0 and 6/0 in Permanent Finish Galvanised Starlight and Silver Lined Frosted Dark Aquamarine colours. Clasp made with gold-plated silver.

It has already been bought and sent to my friend in UK, who has also ordered two more crafts... Most of all, a colour-fitting rose ring:

Rose has been made with Toho Round in the same colours as the dragon and it has been attached to peyote ring.

Last part of the order were N7-styled earrings; something a Mass Effect female fans will probably appreciate:

This time Toho Round in 11/0 size and in Opaque Jet, O White and O Cherry colours. Metal elements in silver colour.

The package is now on it's way to UK and I hope it will get there soon!

More dragons!

I won't lie, dragons take a lot of my time lately :) Each one comes out differently, even though I'm using the same tutorial... to be found here. Today I have three to show :)

First - baby dragon that caught my friend's attention. Really small.

It's less than 5cm long and I wrapped it on round bead, 10mm in diameter, made of crocodile jasper. Pendant clasp and ring made of sterling silver. I used:
Toho Round 11/0 and 15/0 in colours: Metallic Moss, PF Galvanised Aluminium, SL Frosted Olivine, IC Luster Black Diamond/O. Yellow lined (eyes);
and Preciosa Rocaille in colour looking like Metallic Moss. Size about 8/0.


Ice frozen dragon:

More than 7 cm in length, wrapped on white opal, 16 mm in diameter. Toho beads in sizes: 15/0, 11/0 i 8/0 and colours: Transparent Frosted Crystal, T. Crystal, SL Aquamarine, SL Frosted Aquamarine. Dagger Beads 5x8 mm, in Crystal colour. Eyes made with random glass beads. Pendant clasp and ring made of sterling silver.

Last but not least - unfinished red dragon:

Unfinished, because I have trouble with finding pendant clasp made with gold-plated silver... ;)
Toho Round seed beads in sizes: 15/0, 11/0, 8/0 and colours: PF Galvanised Starlight, SL Siam Ruby, T. Frosted Ruby. Round bead made with mountain jade, 16 mm in diameter. The dragon is about 7 cm long.
It will be available for sale once I get that pendant clasp :)

Project dragon

I was planning to check out THIS TUTORIAL a while ago, but something kept getting in the way - not enough bead sizes, wrong colours, work (work all the time), but I finally managed to do it. Making the dragon took me about 4 episodes of "Person of Interest"... and the tutorial is really simple :D

Dragon babe was planned as a necklace:

...but it can also work as a figurine, since the tail is easily manipulated:

I used Toho Round seed beads in sizes 15/0, 11/0 i 8/0, in colours: PF Galvanised Aluminium, SL Olivine, SL Frosted Olivine and Inside-Color Luster Black Diamond/Opaque Yellow lined (yeah, such a long name :P). The basic stone is coloured agate, and eyes were made with random glass beads. Whole dragon is stringed on fishing wire, metal element is in silver colour.

I'm planning to do more dragons in more colours, so... :D

Projekt smok

Planowałam wziąć się za TEN TUTORIAL (j. angielski) już jakiś czas temu, ale ciągle coś stawało na przeszkodzie -  a to za mało rozmiarów koralików, a to kulka nie taka, a to praca (ciagle tylko praca), ale w końcu się udało. Zajęło mi to w sumie jakieś 4 odcinki "Person of Interest"... a tutorial jest naprawdę prosty :D

Smoczę jest pomyślane jako naszyjnik:

...ale równie dobrze może służyć jako figurka-bibelot, bo ogonek ma sprężysty i daje się ładnie ustawić:

I moja obrączka dla porównania rozmiaru:

Do wykonania użyłam koralików Toho Round w rozmiarach 15/0, 11/0 i 8/0, w kolorach PF Galvanised Aluminium, SL Olivine i SL Frosted Olivine oraz Inside-Color Luster Black Diamond/Opaque Yellow lined (tak, to ma taką długą nazwę :P). Kamyczek wewnątrz to kula z barwionego agatu, natomiast na oczy przeznaczyłam przypadkowe koraliki zwyklaczki. Całość jest wykonana na żyłce, zawieszka w kolorze srebrnym.

Planuję zrobić więcej smoków w różnych kolorach, także... :D

Some random creations

Beside creating things that come straight out of my head, I sometimes do things to order of my family and friends. Lately they're mostly earrings:

 Tiger's eye cabochon wrapped in Toho 11/0 and 15/0 in Transparent Olivine and Silver Lined Topaz colours. Silver pins.
Still awaiting the meeting with future owner :)

Red jaspers wrapped in Toho 11/0 and 15/0 in Opaque Jet and O Cherry colours. Spikes also silver.

Yellow howlite cabochon, wrapped in Toho 11/0 Opaque Frosted Dandelion and 15/0 T Green Grass. I was thinking Aztec, but my friend renamed them "turtles" :)

And a bracelet in my favourite O Frosted TerraCotta:

Ordinary seed beads in steel colour and silver-coloured metal elements.

More frosted bracelets

I constantly feel like I don't have enough shaded strings...
Last ones I bought: pink and grey.

And since my sister nicked the blue bracelet, I made a new one. With a special charm:

All bracelets made with Toho Round seed beads 8/0 in Transparent Crystal or Transparent Frosted Crystal. Metal, silver-coloured elements, charms 10 mm in diameter with nail polish :)

Snow rose

Winter is but a memory, but I only recently had time to wrap cabochon I bought some three months back. I'm a lazy bum (basically) and I had to restock more Toho colours.
I keep on lacking in them :P

It turned out a bit experimental, since I beaded a rose for a first time (based on THIS amazing pattern. I love biser :D) and then I decided to string beads for the necklace in a quite chaotic way. But I do like the effect.

I used Toho Round seed beads in 11/0 and 15/0 sizes and in Silver Lined Milky Montana Blue and Inside Color Crystal/Snow lined colours. Metal elements in silver colour.
Necklace is almost 21 inches in length, the pendant is 2 inches long and 1,5 inches in diameter.
