Why beads4geeks?
I won’t lie. I love games (particularly Mass Effect) and I’m a part of several fandoms. When I realised I can show it off to the world by wearing fandom-themed jewellery, I also realised there’s no reason to take that chance from other people.
I can see there are more than just geeky earrings on the page…
Of course. Aside from being a gamer, I’m also an artist. Artists follow their muse and trust me, mine is giving me a hundred ideas per second - and they don’t always pertain to fandoms…
I am looking for something [insert your fandom name]-themed. Is there any chance you could do something from that?
It depends, but most likely - yes. Feel free to contact me and give me more specifics for what you’re looking for and I will tell you, whether it’s within my abilities or not.
The most important thing you need to keep in mind while considering a personal order are:

• availability of materials,
• possibility of making a pattern you desire,
• my time.

It might be that some things just cannot be done by me and there might be a personal situation that will prevent me from making your order. We need to talk about it, so don’t hesitate to send me a message. I will see what I can do and we will discuss the price as well.
Oh, and one more thing - providing that I can and will make whatever You need, I would also like to make a photo of it and present it to other users, so keep that in mind!
What kind of materials do you use?
Each piece of jewellery will have the list of material used specified in their description, but in general those are:

• glass seed beads
• Toho glass beads of various sizes and types
• mother-of-pearl beads
• Swarovski crystals
• metal parts of silver, gold and antique colour
• metal parts, silver and gold coated
• silver parts
• various types of fishing line and cotton threads

I keep special care to make sure all parts are nickel-free and anti-allergic. I cannot guarantee cat-free, though, since the jewellery is created in an apartment with cats.
