Ostatnio mam niby czas, ale całkowicie pochłania mnie wykonywanie projektów, a nie raportowanie o nich w internetach. Niecierpliwe paluszki takie :) Najwyższa pora się czymś pochwalić!

Wzór na kotki wymyśliłam sama. Z każdym następnym idzie mi coraz lepiej, a teraz mam nowy pomysł na kolczyki. Generalnie wszystko opiera się na opleceniu rivolki i dorzuceniu uszu i ogonka. No i wychodzą takie o:

A tutaj z kolczykami:

Kryształki Swarovskiego mają rozmiary 18, 14, 12 i 8 mm, są w kolorach Silver Night (brzuszek dużego kotka) i Black Diamond (pozostałe). Oplecione koralikami Toho Round w rozmiarach 15 i 11 , a kolorach Transparent Rainbow Crystal, Silver-lined Frosted Crystal i SLF Black Diamond. Elementy ze srebra, w komplecie także naszyjnik żmijka o długości 40 cm.


Dla koleżanki powstał komplet w różach i bielach (lody malinowe, ach!), z kolczykami-kropeczkami zamiast kotków:

I piękne fasety Swarovskiego...

Rivoli w rozmiarach 18, 14 i 8 mm, w kolorze Fuchsia. Koraliki Toho Round 11 i 15, w kolorach Inside Color Crystal/Snow lined oraz Gold-lustered Raspberry. Poza tym, oczywiście, sreberka.

Teraz przymierzam się do zrobienia czegoś w niebieskim :3

New dragons and new banner

After a long, long break (I moved to a new apartment) I'm back to intensive beading. I spent last week in my bed, which resulted in new dragonlings. Here they go:

Godly Swarovski in Crystal colour:

Swarovski crystal (18 mm in diameter) was wrapped with Toho Round beads in sizes
15/0, 11/0 i 8/0, and colours Transparent Rainbow Crystal and Silver-lined Crystal. Eyes were made with Swarovski Round Crystal AB 4 mm. Clasp is made with silver.

It shines beautifully (Swarovski, duh :D), unfortunately, photos don't show it well...

Dragon no 2, hero of the new banner:

Wrapped on violet agate bead (14 mm in diameter) with Toho Round beads in sizes 15/0, 11/0 i 8/0, colours Permanent Finish Galvanised Aluminium and Inside Colour Aqua/Opaque Purple lined. I also used Spike Beads in Silver/Jet colour, and glass beads for the eyes. Clasp made with silver.

It has shorter snout than rest of the dragons, so it was instantly named a Violet Gekko-Dragon.

"Szuflada" challenge - Monochromatic Symmetry

Somehow I was so sure I have time until Sunday and what a surprise - today is the deadline!
But it's still before midnight, so I think I'll fit :)

This piece is participating in Szuflada's challenge, Monochromatic Symmetry:

The necklace has been created a while ago, when I was listening to archive radio programme about archaeology on internet channel of Polish Radio Trojka. And even though the final creation has nothing to do with Ancient Egypt, it will forever remind me about queen Nefertiti's scandals :D

The cameo has been resting in my chest for a while now, I finally came to use it.
And a close-up too:

It has been wrapped in Toho Round beads in colours: Opaque Frosted White, Ceylon Innocent Pink and Inside Colour Rainbow Crystal/Salmon lined, in sizes 11/0 and 15/0, as well as Toho Magatama 3mm in Ceylon Innocent Pink colour. All metal parts made of sterling silver.

Sapphire rose and other beauties

I have one more dragon that I haven't yet shown on the blog, and which took part in  a contest on Korallo and (attention, please!) won an award for me :D Brave creature!

It's wrapped on venetian glass bead, with Toho Round 15/0, 11/0, 8/0 and 6/0 in Permanent Finish Galvanised Starlight and Silver Lined Frosted Dark Aquamarine colours. Clasp made with gold-plated silver.

It has already been bought and sent to my friend in UK, who has also ordered two more crafts... Most of all, a colour-fitting rose ring:

Rose has been made with Toho Round in the same colours as the dragon and it has been attached to peyote ring.

Last part of the order were N7-styled earrings; something a Mass Effect female fans will probably appreciate:

This time Toho Round in 11/0 size and in Opaque Jet, O White and O Cherry colours. Metal elements in silver colour.

More dragons!

I won't lie, dragons take a lot of my time lately :) Each one comes out differently, even though I'm using the same tutorial... to be found here. Today I have three to show :)

First - baby dragon that caught my friend's attention. Really small.

It's less than 5cm long and I wrapped it on round bead, 10mm in diameter, made of crocodile jasper. Pendant clasp and ring made of sterling silver. I used:
Toho Round 11/0 and 15/0 in colours: Metallic Moss, PF Galvanised Aluminium, SL Frosted Olivine, IC Luster Black Diamond/O. Yellow lined (eyes);
and Preciosa Rocaille in colour looking like Metallic Moss. Size about 8/0.


Ice frozen dragon:

More than 7 cm in length, wrapped on white opal, 16 mm in diameter. Toho beads in sizes: 15/0, 11/0 i 8/0 and colours: Transparent Frosted Crystal, T. Crystal, SL Aquamarine, SL Frosted Aquamarine. Dagger Beads 5x8 mm, in Crystal colour. Eyes made with random glass beads. Pendant clasp and ring made of sterling silver.

Unfinished, because I have trouble with finding pendant clasp made with gold-plated silver... ;)
Toho Round seed beads in sizes: 15/0, 11/0, 8/0 and colours: PF Galvanised Starlight, SL Siam Ruby, T. Frosted Ruby. Round bead made with mountain jade, 16 mm in diameter. The dragon is about 7 cm long.
It will be available for sale once I get that pendant clasp :)

Stone wrapping

...since, as I mentioned, it works really well for me lately :)

Something glittery for starters:

Pink is a weird colour. It's overly ladylike, overly sugar, but a colour as any other... and as I bumped into those rivoli in Rose colour, I couldn't resist them :P
Toho Round in 15/0 and colours: Opaque Rainbow White, Silver Lined Rosaline and Inside Colour Rainbow Crystal-Salmon lined as well as 11/0 in SL Frosted Rosaline colour. Spikes made of silver. My wedding ring included as size comparison :)

Also in the colour:

Biiiiig pink howlite. I was wrapping it, and wrapping it, and the net was growing and growing...
Beads SL Rosaline, SL Frosted Rosaline and O Rainbow White. Also silver-coloured metal element.

And one pretty stone without name and accidentally received:

Wrapped in Toho 11/0 and 15/0 in Metallic Hematite and O Rainbow White colours. Silver-coloured metal pendant.

Both stones will be donated for Koci Pazur ("Cat's Claw") from Poznań. Unless someone fell in love with them and wants to order them now - the money will be donated for the kitties! If so, please contact me :3

Violet Jasper pendant

I decided to try my skills in a creative challenge of "Kreatywny Kufer":

Another bead wrap (wrapping works very well for me lately...), this time a beautiful stone I found in Koralianki's shop in Poznań. I am guessing it's a violet jasper, but I honestly admit, I don't remember.... I need to refresh and broad my knowledge of minerals.

I hunted it, because I was missing something violet that I could keep for myself and wear for work. Self-advertisement, You know.

And here's the "back" and "front" comparison (personally I cannot decide which side looks better).

...as always, one side came out more loose and the other too tight :P

Red Queen

Doing photos made me crazy. Seriously - not the hard work, not the fact it was my first resin cabochon I made in freeform... Photos. But I did them. Here we go:

The set consists of necklace with cameo, bracelet with White Rabbit and pair of earrings with Swarovski rivoli.

Everything was made with Toho Round beads 11/0 i 15/0 in Opaque Jet, Silver Lined Siam Ruby and SL Light Siam Ruby colours. Metal elements in silver colour.

Mass Effect inspired jewellery set

POLSKI

This time a pendant and a pair of earrings:

Mass Effect fans have probably recognised the pattern - it's the same that a quarian Tali'Zorah wears on her clothing (she's one of my favourite characters, btw.)

Bottom of the cabochone is covered with black suede <3 a="" and="" beading="" found="" href="http://koralikowaweraph.blogspot.com/p/tutoriale-mojego-autorstwa.html" i="" in="" mix="" of="" on="" re="" techniques="" that="" they="" two="" wrapped="">Weraph's
blog) - at the front there's a peyote stitch and the bottom is cabochon catching technique... Kamyczków oplatanie

...jak już wspomniałam, idzie mi całkiem nieźle...

Na początek coś błyszczącego:

Różowy to jest taki dziwny kolor. Przesadnie babski, przesadnie cukierkowy, ale przecież kolor jak każdy inny, no i jak mi się znalazły na drodze te rivolki w kolorze Rose, to się nie mogłam oprzeć :P
Toho Round w rozmiarach 15/0 i kolorach: Opaque Rainbow White, Silver Lined Rosaline i Inside Colour Rainbow Crystal-Salmon lined oraz 11/0 w kolorze SL Frosted Rosaline. Sztyfty srebrne (bez próby). W rogu moja obrączka dla porównania rozmiaru :)


W kolorystyce także:

Różowy howlit, duuuuży. Oplatałam go i oplatałam, koronka robiła się coraz większa i większa...
Tutaj koraliki SL Rosaline, SL Frosted Rosaline i O Rainbow White. Zawieszka w kolorze srebrnym.


I jeszcze kamyczek nieznanego pochodzenia i nazwy:

Opleciony 11/0 i 15/0 w kolorach Metallic Hematite i O Rainbow White. Zawieszka w kolorze srebrnym.

Oba kamyczki zostaną przekazane na rzecz fundacji Koci Pazur z Poznania. Chyba że ktoś już się zakochał i chciałby je zamówić - zysk, oczywiście, będzie natychmiast przekazany na rzecz poznańskich kociambrów :) W takim wypadku proszę o kontakt!

Jaspisowa zawieszka

Idąc za ciosem, próbuję swoich sił w kolejnym wyzwaniu Kreatywnego Kufra :)

Znowu oplatanki (oplatanie mi ostatnio bardzo dobrze idzie...), tym razem pięknego kamyczka upolowanego w sklepie Koralianki w Poznaniu. Podejrzewam, że to jaspis, ale szczerze powiem, że nie pamiętam... Muszę poszerzyć swoją wiedzę na temat minerałów.

 Upolowałam go, bo brakowało mi czegoś fioletowego, co mogłabym sobie zatrzymać i nosić do pracy. Taka sobie autoreklama, proszę ja Państwa.

A tu jeszcze porównanie "przodu" i "tyłu" (osobiście nie mogę się zdecydować, która strona podoba mi się bardziej).

...jak zwykle jedna strona wyszła za lużno, a druga za ciasno :P
